Rôti is a completely new gourmet experience delivered from the hills of Biei.
We offer an overwhelmingly hearty dish, layered and made with Biei-grown wheat, Kitaakari potatoes, and rich milk.
Biei's breathtaking landscape and the abundance of ingredients grown there are a testament to the uncompromising relationship between nature and its people, making this town a fantastic destination that attracts people from all over the world.
We wanted to create a specialty breakfast restaurant where you can experience the full flavor of this land. Our French toast, crafted with the inquisitive spirit of our artisans, is sure to gently awaken your mind and body, ensuring the perfect start to your day.

This is an original Sound Garden Kitchen creation: fruits and vegetables dipped in an original sauce,
moistly baked bread is stacked three layers like geological strata,
and the topping depicts the seasonal scenery of Biei.
